Mango Pickle/ Aam Ka Achaar
Aam ka achaar is famous in all regions of India, its tanginess and the sweetness of the pulp makes the mango pickle the ‘king’ of all. We add a heap of black pepper along with fennel seeds, spices, cumin, mustard, vinegar and strong flavors of roasted spices which gives appetizing taste.
Gooseberry Pickle/ Amle Ki Launji
In India, gooseberry pickle is served with Indian street foods which add the intricate taste to any dish like chana bhatura, poori aloo, poori chana, and even kulcha chana. It is tangy, sour and spicy in taste and has loads of vitamin b12 and vitamin C. Gooseberry is called Usirikaya in Telugu, Amla in Hindi, and Amalika in Sanskrit.
Green Chilli (Mirch ka Achaar)
When you eat an Indian meal, it’s common to serve pickle, also known as achaar, alongside the meal. People who prefer spicier food, praises the pickle and eat with every meal.
